PATCH TEST POLICY​

Some of our treatments require a patch test to ensure you are not allergic to the ingredients within the products used. The patch test is to be done at least 48 hours before the appointment booking. The treatments are marked on the Experiences tab so please check if you need to have a patch test done. This does not need to be booked in, you can drop in and we can apply your test for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY​

We ask if you can kindly give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment at The Spa Club. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours a 50% charge will apply, if you fail to show up to your booking or cancel your treatment on the day a 100% charge of the value of your booking will be applied. This applies to all salon and online bookings.
